i hate that i have to type this out but a lot of ppl get confused about what a pre-order is.
by purchasing this preorder you are subject and accepting to these terms:
**IMPORTANT: THESE WILL TAKE A LOT LONGER THAN THE HOODIES. WE WILL NOT SPLIT SHIPMENTS AT THIS TIME. IF YOU ORDER BOTH AND YOU WANT YOUR HOODIE SOONER, MAKE TWO SEPARATE ORDERS**
-shipping may take 8-12 weeks as a prediction. it may take a couple weeks more.
-LAST TIME WE DID THIS AS A PRE-ORDER, IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS LATER. We have it a lot more under control now but this is just a fair warning.
-if you don't want to wait that long, do not buy.
-if you contact us for an update before 10 weeks have passed, we will not respond.
-if you ask for a refund because of wait time, we will not put up a fight. we gladly give you your money back. but, we will block and cancel all future orders.
due to covid-19, manufacturing takes a lot longer than what we are used to. these bdu's already took a long time to make before the pandemic because of its details and intricacies.
shipping the materials to our headquarters also takes a lot longer due to covid-19. however, we are upgrading this to rush shipping in order to speed up the process.
as a means for speediness and quality control, we are only taking the first 300 pre-orders.
h.c will continue to put out products while these are being manufactured and while you are waiting. pls don't feel a way about that when you see it. just know we're still taking care of you.
all in all, there are a lot of moving parts (around the world) to this and there is an on-going world-wide pandemic. only order this if you're not gonna feel a type of way for waiting or being patient with us.
